\u201cBuyer\u201d means a person who is buying or\nconsidering purchasing or leasing a property.

\n\u201cSeller\u201d means a person who is selling, leasing or considering the sale or\nlease of a property.

\n\u201cClient\u201d is a User that has a contract signed with MyAfric real estate agency\nfor particular real-estate services.

\n\u201cProperty\u201d means a property being offered for sale or lease on MyAfric.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cProspective Buyer, Seller or Renter\u201d is an\nindividual that expressed an immediate and genuine interest in the sale,\npurchase or lease of real estate property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUser\u201d means a person who is either a Buyer, Seller, Broker, Developer or third party duly authorized by the same who accesses the Website and otherwise utilizes the services of MyAfric.com<\/a>. \u201cWebsite\u201d means the MyAfric.com internet website currently located at the URL addresses: www.MyAfric.com. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terms of use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The User must be a Prospective Buyer, Seller, Renter, Broker or Developer of a Property or other party with a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of such real property.\u00a0\u00a0 The User must (a) provide true, accurate and current information; (b) maintain and update this information and ensure that it remains true, accurate and current. By registering, submitting personal contact information to, or contacting any person or entity on the Site, the User affirmatively consents to receive personalized emails, telephone calls, texts, SMS messages and \/ or faxes from\u00a0MyAfric.com<\/a>\u00a0or its business associates with whom it shares information to fulfill User requests.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To register, the User must be eighteen (18)\nyears of age or older.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Client or User must provide their own access\nto the World Wide Web (\u201cwww\u201d) and pay any fees associated with such access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client or User agrees to limit their online\nsearch to properties within their anticipated purchase or lease ability or\nprice range and to properties that meet their other criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client or User agrees to abide by all copyright\nrestrictions placed on the content of the MyAfric.com site including, but not\nlimited to, any material or data compilations where MyAfric.com or others\nhold the copyright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Client or User agrees that Agents may also\nrepresent other prospective buyers seeking to purchase or lease properties that\nmay meet User\u2019s criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the\nservice is provided \u201cas is,\u201d without warranty or representation of any kind,\neither express or implied, as to (1) the operation of the Website, (2) the\ninformation, data, services or products provided through or in connection with\nthis service or (3) the ability, quality or reliability of any third party\nservice provider accessed through or in conjunction with the use of this\nservice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
